EXHIBITION FEE:
The exhibition fee will be 45 000 HUF/m2 + VAT. Minimum available space is 9 m2, extension is possible. The exhibition fee includes the following services:
- stand built of Octanorm elements
- carpeting
- electric supply
- lighting in the form of a spot light for each 3 m2
- 1 information desk
- 1 exhibition table
- 3 chairs
- numbering and labelling of stands
- free participation for one person per stand on the conference
For the exhibitors the possibility to publish a one page A/5 size advertisement in the conference programme booklet will be offered for a charge of: 30 000 HUF + VAT/page (Advertisement fee).
